David Williams Landscape Consultancy (DWLC) is acting on behalf of Barratt Strategic Land in relation to the promotion of a greenfield site for mixed use housing development through the Dacorum Borough Council and St Albans City and District Local Development Framework.
The Company were instructed to undertake a preliminary landscape and visual assessment of land to the north of Redbourn Road adjoining the north eastern edge of Hemel Hempstead.

The Practice provided advice on the landscape and visual issues which might affect the possible future development of the site for residential development and prepared an outline landscape strategy for the site. In undertaking the appraisal the landscape characteristics of the site and its surroundings were assessed and the potential of the land to accommodate development was identified.
